With over a decade of experience, Josh has facilitated transactions from New York to California, while developing a broad understanding of investment markets and has the proven ability to execute across a wide range of property types and investment strategies.

Today, Josh focuses on advising a select group of commercial real estate owners, overseeing the asset acquisition, leasing strategy, and optimization of their portfolios. His approach emphasizes long-term ownership strategy, disciplined execution, and creating value through thoughtful real estate decisions.

Josh earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Oakland University, graduating with academic honors. His studies included Real Estate Investment, Investment Analysis, and Statistical Methods for Business.
